ATTENTION ALL BUYERS AND SELLERS
A message from Northwest Livestock Commission, LLC - 3-16-2020
We intend to continue having sales every Tuesday. We realize that this is a critical time for our customers that need cash flow for spring expenses and we want to continue offering the opportunity to sell for those that want or need to do so.
We do ask that, for the safety of all concerned, please minimize the time you spend at the sale yard and we need buyers only in the sale barn. We know people like to watch their animals sell, but at this time we can only have a certain number of people inside. We encourage you to unload your stock and go back home to minimize exposure risk. If you cannot wait for your check in the mail just let us know and we will work out a solution.
We will keep everyone posted on the weeks to come.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience, but we want everyone to stay healthy.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SELLERS:
When bringing calves to the sale, be sure to contact us ahead of time and provide vaccination information.
We try to keep our calendar up to date with all of our sales.
Sales are EVERY TUESDAY at 11:00AM!
Market Report is based on middle to good quality cattle.
If you are experiencing troubles viewing our market report, please make sure you are using an updated browser compatible with Google Spreadsheets. We suggest using Google Chrome for your internet browser when viewing our website.
ABOUT THE OWNERS
Amy was born and raised in western Washington. Her family has always been involved with horses and rodeo. She grew up on the back of a horse. From 4-H to a career as a professional barrel racer. In 1994 Amy started her professional barrel racing career. With much success through the ranks of the rodeo world, she has qualified for 13 Columbia River Circuit finals, and also qualified for the National Finals Rodeo in 2002. After all the traveling, she slowed down and stayed closer to home. In 2005 she and Jeff got married and moved to Echo, Oregon. Amy still competes at barrel races and rodeo’s closer to home. It is still a big part of life for their family.
Jeff was born in California, and moved to eastern Oregon when he was 5. His family has always been involved with horses and the ranching industry. Jeff joined the PRCA in 1995 and became a professional tie down roper. Along with winning or placing at major rodeo’s along the way, Jeff has qualified for 15 Columbia River Circuit Finals, and qualified for the National Finals Rodeo in 1999.
